Solar Panel Shipping Rates
Shipping charges: The UPS shipping program does NOT figure shipping charges correctly on larger items ordered online, such as panels. Over a certain size, they go by "dimensional weight". This has the effect of making a 35 pound panel get charged at the 70 pound rate - on the other hand, TWO panels would cost the same. The online calculations may be a little bit low for a single solar panel 60 watts or higher.
